On the ground floor there are three bedrooms - two double rooms (one with en-suite facilities) and one twin room. A spacious bathroom plus a separate toilet are also available on this level.

A spiral staircase (not suitable for children under 6) leads upstairs where there is a spacious lounge with breathtaking views of the Lleyn, ample seating and a separate TV area. A wood burner for the winter months plus central heating guarantees your warmth. Also, there's a large kitchen with modern units and appliances.
