Gwynfryn Farm Holidays was chosen chiefly for its innovative approach as a family run organic business, its commitment to meeting the needs of a broad range of customers and its investment in training staff to provide excellent service. Host, Alwyn Ellis, said: "This makes us very proud. My parents founded the place and it was one of their dreams to receive such recognition."
